Sold an item, item delivered, seller happy, but money not made available and no where to email EBay

Getting help on this site is SO frustrating, I am deaf, so hearing on a phone conversation is difficult, but there seems to be no way to chat or email for help anymore. I sold an item in December, it was delivered and the seller loves it....but my funds are not available for me to transfer....they are not even showing up in the "on hold" places.....and I have NO idea how to get help....any suggestions?

Try contacting eBay through some of their Social Media outlets.

Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

This sounds like an account level issue so being in contact with eBay would be the best approach.
