Sold an item for local pickup only, contacted buyer to arrange pickup but he won't reply to my messa

Should I just cancel the listing and refund the buyer? Looking at his location he may have bought my item without reading the "pickup only" part of the listing

I do a lot of local pickups on eBay. I usually allow ten days for pickup.

You can message the Buyer one last time and let them know you will need them to pick up the item by xxx date, or you will need to refund and relist.

If you don't hear back, then refund for "problem with Buyer's address" and then relist. By refunding them, you will get most of your selling fees back.
