Sold an item damaged in shipping, no eBay support but they said they would resolve the matter.
On March 14, 2026 I shipped plastic figures to a Canadian address across the river from Michigan. Items damaged in usps international shipping. eBay stated in an email that nothing else to do they would refund the buyer with insured international usps shipping service.
buyer was not refunded.
no one at eBay will speak with me, they are unavailable for any communication. Their contact just takes me in dead end loops.

Mentor4 months ago@timnjes Since you shipped with the eBay International Shipping Program eBay should be refunding the buyer.
I recommend contacting customer service on social media in a PRIVATE message.

This is the best way to contact customer service so that there is not a language barrier.
