Sold an item, buyer received
I sold an item. The buyer received item according to the tracking #.
I saw the item listed on Paypal with funds listed but not available.
Those funds are no longer listed except for the shipping amount.
Paypal said I have to contact Ebay. Why is there no longer a phone number to call?
Checked by designated bank account and funds no there. Buyer has a high positive rating
