Sold an item and personally delivered it

Hello. On a recently listing I put shipping. The item sold and I saw the buy was close by. I contacted the buyer and agreed to meet which we did. How do I change ebay shipping settings to get paid now?

You don't, you can only mark it shipped without tracking and wait out the hold period. Next time cancel the transaction for buyer request and relist with the local pickup option available for buyer to select. Or if buyer hasn't paid yet, click on Send Invoice and add it. This generates a confirmation code the buyer gives you to confirm delivery and preserve your ebay seller protection.
