Sold an item and never got paid
New seller here. Sold an iPhone ($1500) and eBay stated buyer paid. Order was delivered and I did not get the money for my item. Buyer is no longer on eBay. I should have been protected!! Any assistance on how to get this resolved. I have purchase info and delivery confirmation.

Mentor3 years agoFor items priced at $1000 or more, ebay can hold the payment for up to 30 days. Since the item is more than $750, did you ship the item with Signature Required?
