Sold an item and it was defective so buyer opened a request and agree to getting a new one
I sent buyer a new one and he received it but refund request is still open and eBay wants me to give him refund but he only wanted new one , how does request get closed as buyer does not respond but he received new same replacement item, any help

·3 years agoThe buyer would need to go to the case and close it before Ebay refunds them.
It's better to just issue a refund if they opened a case.
