Sold a vehicle
Over a month ago I sold a vehicle, the buyer paid the deposit of 500. He hasn't pick up the vehicle therefore I did not get paid.So since he wasn't the only bidder I want to offer the other bidder the option of buying it.I need to know who the other bidders we're. Can't

Transactions 'time out' after 30 days ... so it is too late to do a Second Chance Offer to other bidders.
Also, sellers can only send SCOs to bidders who have agreed to accept them. Some buyers are not opted into receiving SCOs.
