Sold a Preorder for an Item, invalid shipping but wont let me msg buyer
I sold someone a preorder of an item and I just received the item in hand. I went to go ship it and all he has in the shipping info is his city, state, zip, and country, no address. The thing is, it wont let me message him at all and ebay support isnt helpful at all. I already received the money but I have nowhere to ship it to, what should i do?

Mentor8 months ago@noolm32 so when u go to ur sold items, there is no drop down menu or button that says 'contact or message buyer' ?

OP8 months agoThats the thing, i can see the messages with him, but when I go to send a message to him asking for an updated address, it gives me an error when trying to message. Something along the lines of "Something went wrong try again later." Ive tried on multiple devices and on different days and still no luck

OP8 months agowont let me refund them either. how do i get in contact with an actual person at ebay? The chat refused to connect me with an agent

Even if u don't do social media, u can just open an account for eBay purposes only
