Hi all - I'm sure this has come up before but perhaps not quite like this. I sold a large mixer to someone ($4500) and the buyer arranged for the shipping. I packed the mixer appropriately and loaded it into the shippers truck. The mixer arrived at the buyer's facility and it was broken (possibly repairable). The buyer is now asking for his money back. To me it is the fault of his shipper and should be taken up with them. Ebay is holding payment until it is resolved.&n...
