Sold a item went to ship it and realized it was broke how do I cancel order so buyer gets his funds
Sold a pump and went to ship and it’s broke so how can I cancel order for buyer to get his funds back

In your list of sold items, select cancel transaction next to that order, then select I am out of stock/can’t complete the transaction.
The cancellation will refund the buyer - you must pay for the refund, then eBay will release the buyer’s payment to you and reverse the fees.
