Sold 7 items only paid for 5

Question

Hello,I have sold 7 items but I’ve only been paid for 5. I don’t have any funds on hold. Any input would be extremely helpful!

Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/mes/summary

On the right by recent transactions, click see all. You will see each buyer payment with the fees deducted, shipping costs and each payout. You can click on each payout to see what was included.

Since shipping costs are not matched to the specific order, they can sometimes mask the payouts on the smaller transactions.
