Sold 2 separate items on one order & no longer have one item in stock. How do I cancel that 1 item?
Only option is to cancel the whole order, I just want to cancel the one item. See no options to do so.

If the system is not letting you cancel the one item message the Buyer and explain the situation and ask them if they still want the other item, if so they can message you back asking for a cancellation, you can then cancel the original order without penalty. The Buyer can then buy the one item from you.
