Sold 2 items but the buyer refused to return my items.
I sold 2 items to the same buyer.
he requested returns which I did refunded his $$$ but now the buyer refuses to return my items.
first time seller in a long time and didn’t know the rules regarding about the refunds. Contacted buyer numerous times but buyer won’t return the item. Help!

Since you already refunded the buyer, that ended the transaction so the buyer is not required to return the item.
The normal procedure is for the seller to provide the prepaid return shipping label for the buyer to return the item, and seller refunds AFTER they receive the returned item.

OP2 years agoI haven’t sold in years and this was my first ever that someone requested a refund and I wasn’t aware of the rules and the buyer took advantage of it.

The buyer probably didn't know that you were not aware.
