How to return item that was purchased in last September and does not work ? eBay does not let me open a refund request nor the seller is responding to my emails.

OP4 months agoBoth units stopped working after several months which tells me they were not good products to start with, now after eBay deadline, the customer is stuck with items which were not brand new. I know other major companies they take responsibility for the defected items and reimburse the customer, but not eBay. Tnx for your help.

Mentor5 months agoUnfortunately, you only had 30 days from receipt of the item to file a returns request under ebay's Money Back Guarantee. However, if you paid with a credit card, you can file a chargeback with most credit card issuers for up to 180 days from the transaction, and that is soon approaching, so do it ASAP.

OP4 months agoBoth items are not working , I have tried to reach out to the seller but no response.eBay should not allow this seller to sell these items any more.

Mentor4 months agoHave you tried contacting your credit card issuer if that is how you paid? It is too late for ebay to help you. The seller will not help after the ebay Money Back Guarantee expires.
