S.Ohtani baseball card
What do I do if the seller sent me the wrong item (in this case a baseball card) the pictured the wrong card and I purchased a different card which is much more expensive than the one they pictured! It was a bait and switch and I was in hospital when the card was received so the time had passed before I could return it! I asked the seller and they told me no refunds! Now I don't know what to do, since they responded I don't know who to contact or what to do next! PLEASE HELP

Locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on More to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. ebay sends you a link to print out the label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click on Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it has been more than 30 days since receipt of the item, file a Returns Request with Paypal if that is how you paid. Paypal accepts cases within 180 days from the transaction. As a last resort, contact your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
