So there is nothing you can do, once the return window has closed?
I purchased a silver bracelet in April to replace on that I had had for twenty years, and I lost. About two weeks ago, I go to take it off, and clean it and it breaks.
It would be different if I caught it on something but that wasn't the case. I contacted the seller and my e-mail is ignored. I can't even leave feedback for the seller now. It is frustrating. I spent about three weeks, trying to find a duplicate to my original bracelet because I have a necklace to match.

If you paid through Pay Pal, you can open a case with them.
