So I sold something on here and somebody opened a return.
Somehow it got refund to the buyer by eBay without my items getting back to me. Then I appealed it because I still didn't get my items and they kept the decision anyway and I still don't have my items or the money.

OP3 years agoI did do all that, a long with contact eBay and they said that they were gonna manually escalate this case because they refunded the buyer and I didn't receive any back the items. But I have not heard anything back from eBay since, the conversation Was they needed my PayPal email to send the payment Didn't Get any payment to my PayPal so I have to contact eBay again.

Mentor3 years agoIf you did not accept the return within the allotted time, eBay can refund the buyer. Or perhaps you clicked refund buyer now, instead of accept return. Either way, eBay can not force the buyer to return the item now.
Have you tried messaging the buyer? Explain that you do want the item returned, and that you will send a return label. You can open a free account at pirateship.com, create the label and print it to a pdf. Send the pdf to the buyer in a message.
