So I just got scammed...
Sri Lanka didn't send me my I e cream maker... Wow I know right... So will eBay give me my money back or what... The sellers account is gone already... What year is it eBay... Come on....

Come on! Of course eBay will give you your money back if you file an ‘Item not received’ claim from your Purchase History within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the item is no longer in your Purchase History … then it is easier to get refunded by your credit card company.

eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
