So I guess eBay doesn’t ship FedEx anymore?
Seems after FedEx messed up the delivery by a week to the authentication center eBay decided to ship it out with one of the worst logistics companies to date. Is this normal. I’ve been selling for a few years now and have never had them ship via Ontrac. Seems like the authenticator didn’t like me messaging him during the week to make sure my package wasn’t lost l, stolen, missing, etc. As a responsible business owner these things need to be checked out every once in a while. Guess me asking questions was too much for the little boy to handle. So he shipped it with a company that’s notorious for losing packages and will take and extra week to be delivered. So a total of two weeks for a package I mailed out on time.

How did you contact the authenticator? As far as I know a member can only contact customer service who MAY pass on the message but not highly likely to happen.
