So how do I contact a previous client
Usps shipped package to wrong address and need to get ahold of the person it went to who is actually a past buyer and don’t understand how they got it messed up. I need to figure out how to get in touch with person

Locate the order if sold within the past 90 days. I think you will be able to see the buyer's user ID and can use the CONTACT BUYER link.
If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
