Ebay perpetuates frauds, poor service, or inconvenient reality from being made public if sellers refund $? How about the case where a buyer suffers real loss due to bad conduct of seller? HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY CENSORSHIP OF FACTUAL EVENTS? So sellers can dodge any impact of their conduct so long as they perform minimal customer relations, regardless of the outcome for the buyer? How do you justify censorship? Sellers should be made to own up to the fruits of their failures.. NOT HAVE THEM SCRUBBED! Its is a fraud upon the buying public.
