So difficult to contact ebay
Why is so difficult to contact ebay? I have restrictions on my account I spoke with a customer service rep. I discussed the seriousness of a family matter that occurred. The rep said the restriction would be removed. Nothing happened. I was told I would receive an email correspondence from eBay . Nothing.
I am tried of the amount of time necessary to contact ebay. The typical response is "Something went wrong try again later" .

Send a private message with your name, ebay user ID, email address, and briefly explain your problem. Someone will contact you in a couple of days.
