So confused
On July 8th 2023 I ordered a set of joy con's that were supposed to he here by July 13/14, 2023. By July 19th they still had not arrived. According to the tracking they were somewhere in the usps system. I contacted the post office and they opened an investigation. I also contacted the seller via ebay to ask for help finding the item. On July 21, 2023 I received a notice from ebay stating that if i still have not received the package by the 27th 2023 then i would be issued a refund because of the ebay money back guarantee. Last night July 23rd, 2023 i received a notification from the sender letting me know they refunded my purchase and I would have the money back within 3 to 5 days. This morning July 24, 2023, the package came along with an email from usps telling me it had been found and was delivered. So I got a refund, but I also have the item. I want to keep the item but I don't know how to contact anyone directly to stop the refund or find out how to repay for it... I need help.
