So a Seller took my Money over a month ago, never shipped item and will not respond to questions
Seller took my money over a month ago, Items shows not even shipped, Seller will not answer basic questions, and now appears to have left E-Bay completely....and E-Bay sits on both their hands and says "Lets give the seller more time to respond" Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles could see their is something wrong here.....but Not E-Bay

Mentor2 years agoDid you open a case for item not received? If so, go back to the case and use the option to ask eBay to step in when eligible.
If you didn't open a case...
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP2 years agoKind of Like , You get robbed at gunpoint, Call the Police to report a robbery, and the Police say " Lets give the robber a week to respond, Perhaps he was just borrowing your Money "
