Sneaker purchase
Ordered sneakers July 5th 2023 now its July 21st 2023. Haven't received shoes. Can't contact seller because eBay has that option blocked due to Ebay's Authentication process for shoes. Can't cancel because it's passed the cancellation point. Shoes show they have not been shipped by seller . How can I cancel this and get my money back?

·3 years agoA day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
