Sneaker Authenticators not doing job correctly
Has any member had sneakers fail authentication because of a FLAW THAT WAS LISTED IN THEIR DESCRIPTION?
I have had two pairs of sneakers fail authentication for the same reason in the past three weeks.
One was returned due to sole separation, even after it was listed in my description.
The second failed authentication on (8/2/23) for one shoe size tag missing, which was also listed in the description.
What is the job of the authentication department? To validate if the sneakers are real and that’s it or is it to match the sneakers to the description?
Who else is having this issue?
