Sneaker Authentication Failed
Good day,
I sold all my Jordans that never left the boxes. One of them (so far) “failed†authentication because the style number on the box and the shoe do not match. But they do. I purchased all of these through the lottery on the SNKRS site and never removed them from the box. How do I contact them for a conversation about what they are seeing vs what I know?
