Smartpost claim
I had my buyer submit that the item wasn't received. Waited the 20 days required before submitting FedEx Smartpost claim. Ebay closed the item not received claim. It's now been almost 2 months since the tem went missing. How can I find out what's going on with the Smartpost claim since it states not to contact Ebay or Fedex?
