Smart watch
This smart watch that I bought has been taking too long and the tracking number is not even moved yet I don’t want my full refund. Don’t want to ever buy from this person again and will recommend him to no one. It’s been what two months already not satisfied at all.

Go to your purchase history find and open the listing (you may have to reset the time frame from Last 60 days to 2023). Check the last estimated delivery date for the watch, and if it has passed, use the More actions button to file an Item Not Received dispute. Once you do that the seller will have 3 days to respond and if they do not, you ask ebay to step in, and you'll get a refund.
