small item has very high shipping and i cannot edit shipping
Somehow my small auction item is displaying shipping costs of $50-$70. This is a small non-valuable item that shipping within the US should be less than $10 for. How do I edit this in the listing?
Edit. The item has a bid on it. When trying to "Revise" the shipping none of the shipping options will highlight. I'm thnking I need to cancel the auction and relist.

Because you have a bid on the auction, you cannot revise it. Since there's only one bid on the auction first message the bidder point out the shipping cost error and tell them you cannot change that price while the auction is active, so you are cancelling their bid and will change the shipping cost, then relist it with the correct shipping cost.

OP7 months agoThanks. I cancelled the auction ( i had two active with bid auctions going with similar issues). Was hit with over $200 in fees becuase of this. Ebay reversed the charges, but what a pain the butt.
