SLOW shipping refund request
Need some help. Ordered an item that has not arrived. Every two weeks or so the USPS status updates. It’s been over two months since I ordered it and has passed the 30-day refund mark … but still hasn’t arrived. Is there a way to formally (other than just messaging the seller and hoping for the best) to request a refund through ebay after the 30-day mark? TIA

Mentor1 week agoIs there some reason why you did not file a Refund Request before the Money Back Guarantee expired? Since you waited too long, Ebay cannot help you.
File a charge dispute with the funding source you used to pay for the item.

How would the answer to your question regarding why I didn’t request the refund within the 30-day period change anything or was that out of curiousity?

Mentor1 week agoit was merely curiosity. I always wonder why buyers do not take advantage of Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

OP1 week agoIt approached the 30 day mark without any USPS movement and I considered it … then the status updated. and now it has stalled again after a total of 2 months.
