A seller refuses to sell to me. I have never had a problem with this seller before and now he refuses to sell to me for no reason

Sellers can block a buyer for any reason or for no reason at all. If you have never dealt with this seller, is it possible the seller has not included SHIPPING details? If no details, all buyers would not be able to purchase the item. Other possible reason is that you have 2 or more unpaid item transactions, so you would be blocked for up to 12 months.
