Sleazy seller sends wrong item, bashes buyer, then imposes his/her/their culture on buyer

Then for two days drags out our eBay text with multiple requests for images, which I keep sending. Then tells me I'm lying. Then tells me "You shouldn't be buying for your husband!"
I want Ebay to look at our communication, but I don't know how to communicate with Ebay!
This seller should not be on eBay at all.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. If you received an Item that is not as shown in the listing, you have up to 30 days after delivery to open a refund request on eBay. Has it been more than 30 days?
In the meantime, eBay has a Report feature in eBay messaging. Depending on your device, it's either under the Action menu within the message or under the three dots in the upper right. I would report just one of his offensive messages. EBay can then read the rest.

OP1 year agoYou are so kind. Thank you for the info. I have opened the refund request and the seller has also "demanded" I send back the package after calling me a liar again. But, I don't want to interact at all with this disturbed seller, so I'm opting for Ebay's option to deal with them after a few days. I'll look for the Report feature.

I read your post too and am sorry this happened. To add to what @fashionsandbeauty4u has provided you do NOT need to be in contact with the Seller at this point. Here is a link to the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Let the eBay return process work for you. Once the item has been returned to the Seller (tracking will confirm its delivery) they will have 2 days to refund you. If they don't you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

My concern now (I am returning the item w/ a pre-paid shipping label) is that this seller might intentionally claim that I did not send back everything in the box.
Why? Because 1) the seller repeatedly asked me to "open the box" to confirm that what I wanted was not inside. Even though, I sent photos of the box where it stated, on the box, that the item I expected was "not included" because the seller sent me a different box than the one in the offer. I finally gave up, opened the box, and sent a photo of its contents.
2) At no point did the seller acknowledge they'd sent me the wrong box, instead accusing me of lying, which leads me to believe the seller is capable of retaliation and lying.
We'll see...
