slandering in feed back
A buyer never paid for an item so I canceled it and relisted it for someone else to buy. The buyer left me negative feedback and slandered me and that is unacceptable. That is giving me a bad reputation.

Mentor8 months ago@mrsmoomoosattic Buyers have 4 days to pay. Then you cancel on the 5th day as buyer hasn't paid. The buyer gets an unpaid item strike and they can not leave feedback.
Unfortunately it sounds like you selected a different reason for the cancelation. What reason did you use?
You can try requesting a feedback removal but I don't think that it will work>

OP8 months agothank you. I didn't realize you have to wait for days and that buyer gets a strike against them.
