Has anyone ever received a skincare item that they felt was not legitimate? I've been using a product for many years and started purchasing it on Ebay from various individuals. I ordered the first one from someone that had great reviews and the product appeared to be the same consistency as I know. Then I ordered two more from the same individual and not only was the consistency off but the texture and color as well. I reached out to the seller asking the product was old or even legit. It actually felt like vaseline when I put it on my skin so I opened the second one I ordered with it and the same thing. It's past the return date and I did reach out to the seller regardless just wondering if she got it from a different supplier due to it not feeling anything like what it should be. I'll stop purchasing from this seller but just wondering if anyone out there has experienced the same situation.
