Sketchy buyer
A prospective buyer has expressed interest in one of my listings and invited me to contact him by phone (he sent a photo with his #). The item is high-dollar. I suspect either a scam or someone trying to cut Ebay out of its 9% fee. Any advice? Thanks!

NEVER agree to contact a buyer offsite. Buyers need to use eBay checkout.
Click on the 3 dots on the upper right of the message and select report.
Also add the buyer to your blocked list. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/BuyerBlock
