Skecher shoes
I sold a pair on consignment. They were brand new. Never wore. The lady bought them just before she was diagnosed with cancer. She started treatment and looses her balance so did not feel safe trying to wear walk fit shoes. When the buyer got them she said they fell apart. Ebay gave her back her money. I asked for the shoes back as I do not believe the shoes she photo'd wear the same shoes. Those looked old and worn. I have never received the shoes. I have contacted ebay 3 times about this and no resolution. I feel I was scammed out of a brand new pair of shoes. Now I am going to have to produce the shoes or give her over a hundred dollars. How do I get ebay to help me on this matter. Becky

Mentor2 years ago@wrkngirl for ebay to refund a buyer, the seller would have had to not answer the return item case in the specified time frames.
is this what happened?
if so, then ebay won't further help u, since they already offer choices on the case for the seller to choose from.

OP1 year agoI told ebay they were not the shoes I sold. They sent the lady the money back out of my account. I asked for the lady to return them to me so I could see for sure they were the ones i sold. It all went silent from the buyer and ebay. Lost out on that as I had to pay the lady who owned the shoes and now she has lost her battle with the cancer. She was my sister.
