SJWL-Ken thank you note/headphones scam?
A couple weeks ago I received a plastic first-class USPS envelope with a thank you note saying that the item I'd ordered would be shipping separately. I thought it was weird and tossed it, but you can see similar experiences here:

The note doesn't list a company, the "item" purchased, or provide any details, so it seemed sus. I'd forgotten about it until today when another envelope arrived from the same address with a pair of cheap in-ear headphones and microphone (same as pictured in the link above). One of the reviews in the link says theirs was addressed to their eBay name, which brings me here. I know I didn't order these headphones, and as far I know I haven't ever ordered from this seller, so I'm concerned that they have my name/shipping information. Thoughts?
