Six listings gone??
Summary: bethsellsnow encountered an issue with six eBay listings that were pulled for a size violation. After revising and successfully fixing one, the remaining six were unable to be ended or revised. An eBay agent was contacted to end the listings but mistakenly removed them instead, leading bethsellsnow to believe new listings must be created. eastlaneave advised checking inactive listings and leaving agent feedback but confirmed that recreating the listings appears necessary. bethsellsnow has begun this process and has already provided feedback regarding the incident.
I needed help ending or revising 6 of my active listings that got pulled for a fashion size violation. I was able to fix one and revise it but then the other six got caught in limbo. I couldn't end or revise, so I requested a call from an eBay agent. I explained what was going on and she said she could end the other 6 listings. Great! Then I could go in and fix them BUT She removed them, she didn't end them. Are they now gone? And will I have to recreate 6 Brand new listings or is there a way to get them back?

Please check your inactive listings. Sometimes it takes 15-30 minutes to show in inactive

OP2 weeks agoThey are not there, I asked her when she said she had ended them "Where can I find them?" She replied " I removed them" and I said "So I have to recreate 6 Brand new listings?" She answered "Yes"

I'm sorry that happened.
When you get the 'review your customer experience' email I would be sure to leave proper feedback for that agent.
Unless you can find them on google, or if you did a sell similar recently and have the old version, it sounds like you'll have to re-create those listings. 😢
