SITE SAYS I HAVE ORDERED NOTHING SO I CANNOT START A RETURN EVEN THOUGH THEY EMAILED ME IT HAD ARRIV
see subject. ordered watch that doe not work but cannot start a return because the item is not listed as having been ordered or delivered. however they emailed me yesterday that it was delivered!!! this is DISCONCERTING and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
