Sink represented as new. Images in listing covered up rusted corner old damage.
I ordered a cast iron sink from a seller that claimed it was in “new condition”. I asked many questions about condition, before ordering. All answers were positive. A little misrepresentation about shipping, but since it was new, I didn’t get into it with him. I figured at 146 lbs, I could share the shipping. He used factory images and his own images hid the corner where there was a scrape in the enamel, is, which is rusted. Which means it is old damage. He is claiming there was no damage, now. I don’t know what to do? The box was beat up pretty bad and packing doesn't look as pristine as it did when he took the images. But the damage is not from shipping. I haven’t been able to look at the bottom yet. (So maybe more to see.) Based on my research the value of the sink should be
discounted by 50% with preexisting damage.
All of my questions prior to ordering were about condition. I was assured it was “new”, and undamaged. And he doesn’t take returns. And I’m not going to pay to return a misrepresented item.

I am sorry that happened!
You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Damaged or Defective Item", "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
The seller DOES take returns when the item is not as described, and the seller pays the return shipping.
You can open your return request here. Just click the photo and follow the instructions.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
