Single payment for multiple items

Question

I have had several people say they have to pay as soon as they win and item and if they get several I have to refund postage overages. How do I turn off "pay now?"

You have Autopay turned on in your buyer requirements. When Autopay is turned on for auctions the winner must pay within the hour unless you have officially set up combined shipping. If you do that then the winner will have up to seven days to pay for the items they win. All items won during the seven days will be charged for at the same time.
