Single buyer of three items listed
I have a single buyer who has bought three items I am listing. To minimize postage for both parties how can I modify this sale? Also how am I assured as a seller on eBay that eBay gets acknowledgment I completed task of delivery if I am combining three auction sales to one party and only purchase one postage label to send all 3 items?

If the items were paid for separately you can combine the shipping as long as they are all going to the same address. When you go to purchase the label look for the get labels in bulk link at the top of the eBay labels page. You then select all 3 orders and purchase the combined label. The tracking is added to all the orders.

OPSep 15, 2026 at 5:46 PMOne additional question. I combined labels as noted in your message. When it came to print it still offered to print all three postage labels from a single file. Am I only using one of the three labels and this represents the confirmation of all three pkgs to a single buyer being shipped and offers correct postage for combining all three. I ask as label notes weight value as single item although I combined them as an option through Ebay. Please advise.

After you selected all 3 orders did you click the combine option at the top of the list? That would only give you one label not separate ones.
