Simply start a claim.
The return time for this defective product has run out, but the product took time to install, and it's been used 3 times, but it's coming apart at the seams. It's a convertible top the seller guaranteed would fit my car. It seemed tight upon install. I've raised and lowered it 3 times, and the seams are separating. I have pictures. You used to be able to open a claim pretty easily , not anymore.

If it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery, you cannot use Ebay's Money Back Guarantee to help you.

OP1 week agoI should have known there was a trick to it. Try installing a convertible top in 2 weeks.

It is valid for 30 days, not 14 days.
