I was on eBay looking for a HILTI siw 22T-A 1/2 inch impact wrench to go with my HILTI c 4/36-90 Li-ion. Charger because I needed to get something done right away and this is what happened. As I was shopping around, I saw something underneath and it says similar items and I went to one particular item which had this product for $115 and so I decided to take a look at it and it said order now and it would be here in seven business days coming from San Diego, California will behold is sent me to an app, and the app mainly does business out of China and to make a long story short. It took 30 days to get here from China which I never expected and I also was given an invalid tracking number Which I never got a chance to contact anyone and the seller said it was sent and they keep insisting it was sent and when I start putting a refund and complaints in the app they told me that it was sent but I didn’t receive it so it was sent back to China and they would have to charge me for shipping which was like $85 and no one could ever tell me what happened why didn’t have a shipping and tracking number and all I was given was the order number so after going back-and-forth they decided to refund me but for only $115 The shipping money that’s the reason I’m not shopping on eBay the way I used too!
