Silver counterfeit coins
I have bought over 106 1oz silver coins and two purchase were counterfeit and eBay won’t fix it ! What do I do now ?

If purchased in the last 30 days, open a return request.
Go to your purchase history - select 'return this item' , select 'does not match description' and follow the prompts. You can enter counterfeit item received in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to provide a return shipping label, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
If it is more than 30 days, eBay can't help, but maybe your credit card issuer can. Call them and see if you can open a dispute for the item.
