What happened to the signatures of the stars store? I heard they were removed for selling fake autographs. Is this true? If so how can you get refunded?

If a member is removed, eBay never divulges the reason.
If you have reason to believe an item you received in the last 30 days is not authentic, you can still open a claim, but will need to contact customer service to do so.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
Beyond 30 days, you would open a dispute through your credit card issuer.
