How do I stop "A new device is using your account " emails.

Mentor1 year agoDon't use a VPN or hotspot that changes or hides your IP-address; don't erase or block your eBay cookies. Use the same device, browser and network IP-address.
If you are not using a VPN or hotspot, and your browser is set to retain cookies and they are not being erased by a cleaner program or due to your settings, you may have an issue with a corrupt eBay cookie. In that case, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies once.
