Hi, in the past I had signed in in my account and I would remain signed in unless I signed out. However, now it’s constantly kicking me out and I have to keep signing back in. And it keeps asking me if my phone is a safe device. While I also changed my password it keeps doing it. Should I worry? It’s not helpful to keep getting kicked out. Also, not using app. Thank you!

Mentor1 year agoMake sure your browser is not set to erase cookies when you close the browser.
If that is not the issue, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies, once. If the problem is with a corrupt cookie, that may help. Or else try using a different browser and see if that allows you to remain signed in to eBay on your phone.
